Would strongly reccomend, good for couples and a for travellers looking for a good night sleep.
Beds are great, functional showers, amazing breakfast “till 10:00AM (reccomend the pancakes or French toast with passionfruit, and dont miss out on their coffee).
Trips/activities for anything van be arranged at the reception + tips on the best ways to travel to avoid the Mass tourism and gain an optimal experience overall.
Check out at 12, bagage can stay at the hotel if coming back later, same with laundrey-

We got a free upgrade. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was included. The staff was friendly and helpfull. Everyday a fresh little bottle of water. The location is good, in the old quarter. Walking distance (10 minutes) to busstation to the airport. I recommend!

Very friendly personnel and extremely good service. My flight landed in the morning, so when I arrived my room was not ready yet. I got free food and a room in a sister hotel so I could sleep and freshen up. They have a lot of information on what to do in Hanoi and surroundings, and the location is perfect right in the Old Quarter. I would definitely recommend staying here.
