We have several chill out areas in the hostel: For start, our relaxing rancho with hand made rocking chairs is super popular for nightly cards and board games, comfy poof pillows to read your book or watch a movie, pool table that brings people from all over the world to play game of billiard, foosball table, ping pong table that on many occasions becomes “beer” pong table.

Did we say we have tons of hammocks to lounge in and enjoy the afternoon nap? In addition our cool swimming pool. Our kitchen is world class five star luxury! Fully equipped with stoves, fridges, microwave, blender, hot water kettle, tons of pots and pans to cook in...did we mention it’s always neat and clean?

Let us show you all the wonders of Playa Tamarindo.There are beautiful areas you can explore just by walking from our hostel like Playa Langosta and Playa Grande. An array of activities can be arranged directly in the hostel, including surf lessons, kayaking, and all-inclusive sailing tours.

Over the years we have established a valuable business relations with other business owners and this is the reason why our guests enjoy special discounts and perks. Such as discounted surf lessons and surfboard rentals (We have a surf instructor on site).

Dorm rooms come with either AC or fan, orthopedic mattresses, lockers for your personal items, shared bathrooms, fresh and clean sheets and pillows.

We are very mindful of the nature and our environment. For this reason we have recycling bins throughout the facility, we use eco friendly cleaning products, we reuse scrap materials to build, we encourage to save water and natural resources...just to mention a few… These are few of the reasons Tripadvisor gave us a “Green leader batch!” as the only hostel in Tamarindo - Costa Rica.

We have one of the best location in town out of all hostels in Tamarindo. We are on a quiet side street only 20 seconds or 200 meters from the beach, 300 meters from the nearest supermarket and the center of the town with all the bars, shops and restaurants. So basically you can just roll out of your bed and be surfing or doing yoga on the beach!

When our guests are happy and comfy we are happy, for that reason it is our priority to keep our hostel super clean, neat and organized at all times. We offer a cleaning service every day, we keep the grounds clean and neat and we perform deep cleaning regularly of all the rooms and common areas.

“This hostel really is THE BEST for meeting people. The huge lounge area and allow for easy conversation with other guests. There is a rad social area that included a pool table, foosball, or ping pong.

Its a super chilled hostel with friendly staff, safe, good vibe, in walking distance to different surf-spots and main Street. The staff were super personable, they were always willing to help you get around and find things to do.

It was clean, cool, comfortable. The bathrooms were cleaned every day, and the kitchen was constantly being cleaned up. It was perfect to chill out in the hammocks after a day surfing, and adventuring around the area. One of the best hostels I have gone to.”
