Santo Georg beach resort in Heraklion was a nice place to stay, near the beach, a very good breakfast and a quiet place to stay. There are no facilities for using internet and it is about 10 k.m. from Heraklion. We wanted 2 rooms for 2 perons but there was a mistake, one of us had to go to the pension next to the hostel, because they had no 2 private rooms for the first day.

Staff was super generous, complicating and fair. There was a problem with our room on arrival so they got us a place across the street with a walk on beach access which was awesome. They also gave us free breakfast which was not included in our original deal. More than happy with the out come and would definitely stay again.
