Wij werden naar een ander hotel gebracht, omdat het vol was.
Geen excuses werden gegeven. Het andere hotel was een hostel in een drukke uitgaan straat. De kamer en faciliteiten waren goed. Alleen zaten wij pal boven een karaoke bar die tot 4 uur nachts veel herrie gaf en het slapen nagenoeg onmogelijk maakte.
Ons dagje Düsseldorf eindigde dus in een grote teleurstelling.
PS de Wifi werkte ook niet.

1st after i arrived to the hotel ,i was guided to stay in another hotel Alt dussldorf as breakfast is seved there only,i wish they told me before i walk all the way with my luggage and go back same way to the other hotel which is luckly very near to Ubahn and has an elevator 👍
Alt dusseldorf Location is in the middle of everything.
The room is basic ,extra bonus bathroom is inside the room.
breakfast was great
Room was noisy at night as bars are work their music till 12

Leider habe es im Hotel keinen MA , der Englisch sprach und somit nur die Deutsche Sprache mächtig ist.
