We have only one parking space. The guest needs the reservation to use our parking space. It cost 500

Hostel is good enough for one or two nights. Facilities are okay, the matrasses in the dorms however are rubbish. They're so thin, you're practically sleeping on the floor. The place is clean, the kitchen could be cleaner though. Overall look of the place needs an upgrade, it looks old and a bit dingy. I've paid less for way better hostels in Japan. Too bad there are not many hostels to choose from in Kagoshima.

This place is ideal if you are planning to take the ferry to Yakushima. Staff is not really happy to be there. It can get a bit crowded, nice roof terrace and common room

Nice hostel, read about the lack of atmosphere but I got lucky. Lots of Japanese people having a good time. It could do with an upgrade here and there but overall it was fine, with enough privacy in the mixed dorm. Staff: meh. Friendly but not very good at English, not too helpful & a lot of time not behind the reception desk. Which is bad because everybody can just walk in.
