The staff were welcoming and helpful and the room was perfect for a short stay for one guest. The location was ideal for my work but it is only a short distance to the city centre. The main road at the front is busy but I live in a quiet village so am not used to the noise.

There was ZERO wi-fi in my room and I was told I could use the lobby, which is rude and not conducive to the work I needed to do. The rooms were old and had dirty carpet and anyone could walk into the building through an unlocked side door.

Pleasantly surprised by the standard for the price paid. The gentleman in reception was very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Would visit again
