I arrived at the hostel and they didn't have any record of my reservation. They didn't even know what the website was! Ended up booking a hotel nearby that was double the price because they were fully booked for 2 of my 3 nights. Use booking.com if you want to stay here! Hostelworld STILL has not refunded me for the reservation that DID NOT EXIST!!
