We zijn zelfs nog weer teruggegaan, omdat het ons prima beviel. We kregen op aanvraag elektrische kachel. Prima hulp bij maken van plannen, excursies, taxi, eten. Voelden ons als klant behandeld! In de binnenstad, dus alles goed bereikbaar

Watch out there is bedbugs! The staff was friendly and we felt very welcomed… but the room smelled a bit weird and while sleeping we noticed there was bedbugs on our matres… also the sheets were very dirty… sorry for them but we moved in the middle of the night to another hostel.

We loved our stay at Kaaro House! We spent 2 nights there and then another 1 after our Salkantay Trek. The rooms were clean and homely, the beds were very comfortable with extra blankets available in the room and the showers were hot. We must mention how friendly and helpful the staff were - Ruth and Rosmery on reception were so kind to us. They were very responsive via email and WhatsApp, and helped us arrange a taxi pickup when we arrived, gave us information and the local area and let us store our big ba
