- Check-out time before 12:00pm.
- Early check-in or any request is subject to bed availability.
- The reception is open everyday from 08:00am until 10:00pm.

- For non-Malaysian guest, RM10 is implemented for each room per night as tourism tax.

- Smoking is prohibited in hostels and all rooms.
- We do not accept children under 12 years old.
- Children between 12 to 18 years old must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
