Inconvenient location for anyone wanting to see the Valencia attractions. Common spaces are very bare and don’t promote a fun, social environment. No fridge or kitchen for guests to use, only a microwave. Bathrooms were almost always out of toilet paper. Was charged an extra 50€ by the hostel before arriving and for no apparent reason. Talked to the staff 3 times about getting it fixed and they either didn’t fix it or were rude and said it wasn’t their problem.

Very average. It was a place to sleep. For a place called BIZZbeach, it's really not very close to the beach. There were no activities or ways to build a hostel community--I don't think anyone talked to me the whole time I was there.

We had to put the bed sheets on our beds which I found a little weird but didn’t mind until I saw a drip of blood on the pillow. The staff changed it for a new one and said the old one was sterile anyways.
The hostel has three bathrooms with flood problems and for most time lacked in hand soap and toilet paper. The internet doesn’t work on the dorms, only on the communal area which was plain and unwelcome. The staff was cold and didn’t helped when I asked for blankets.
