Awesome location and very clean. Staff was very friendly too. My only comment, however, is that for being a hostel, it was a little unusual that they don't have a common kitchen or common areas really. They have the lobby of course, but they use it as restaurant so it is a little uncomfortable to be out and about and not have a common area for people staying there versus outside people eating/drinking there.

absolutely the worst hostel experience. I've stayed at hostels and used the website to book 50+ times in the last 7 years. the website mixed up the booking from what I requested and the KEX got different info. they said this was a common issue with the website BUT still refused to cancel the fees to 1 of 3 rooms even after that friend said she was UNcomfortable to stay. then charged slightly more for the 2 of us to have a room. beautiful looking hostel, poorly managed and the website
