Scary people and not a nice location

very nice place to stay, close to the center of Frankfurt (we like to walk), the staff wanted to help as much as possible, very friendly people. Children friendly! Everything was ok, we had a great weekend.

Personel was not that keen on helping people. The shared rooms are verry smal. So i wanted to swap but that was not allowed. Had to pay the full amount for the other room. No refund. So verry bad service. Though the hostel itself and the faculities are great. Location too.
