Hey guys! Farofa Loca goes beyond a normal hostel. From our past guests feedback we're sure you'll have the BEST time here! From the time you arrive you are gonna feel at ease with our staff, be delighted with the surrounding nature and enjoy this amazing vibe of the place! Chill in the hammocks with the view of the trees, watch the hummingbirds feeding and the listen to the birds. Rest in your room, ours are complete and BIG (the biggest on the island)... Play a game on our PS4, watch Netflix or chill at the pool with your new friends... Farofa Loca is really the place to be :) On some evenings our amazing staff will gather those interested for games, bar service and the best BBQ... Farofa Loca felt like my second home! The owners are just so chill and nice and the hostel is really clean. Also the volunteers were really sweet and we explored the island together. I had such a good time and definitely will come back in the future! Recommended for solo travelers :)

Farofa loca best hostel on the island. Super social vibe, perfect swimming pool and most important delicious BBQ!! Even more important hostelowners Roberto and Ronney are the best!!!! They always create a good atmposhere between the guests and try to help you wherever they can. Big thanks guysss see you at Morro or Adam :)

One of the most welcoming hostels i stayed in during my trip in Brasil! The owners and volunteers are super friendly and make you feel at home. The surroundings are beautiful and it’s only a short walk to the vibrant city center!
