Small hostel with personal attention from the owner. She greats you on arrival, is happy to give you tips and is quick to help in case, for example, you forgot your converter/charger. Definitely a nice change up from all the bigger hostels with deposits for everything. Oh and the dogs are very lovely too. The location may be slightly outside of the old town, but the road towards it is filled with great restaurants and there is a very good grocery store nextdoor.

Had such a good time in San Miguel. The host and his wife let us feel at home. They also took time to explain everything and give us the best insider tips. I'd definitely come back if I'm in San Miguel again!

Jesus, his girlfriend & their dog Hunter really make you feel at home with their warm welcome, homemade cake, butter & coffee and personal approach. The place is well designed with comfy beds & sheets and itâ€™s actually very nice to be a bit out of the centre. Thereâ€™s a great supermarket, good taqueria and bus stop just around the corner. I have a high level of respect for this young couple and how theyâ€™re doing. Keep it going guys!
