The staff was alright. Super close to the Brussels-MIDI station which is good. But the neighbourhood it’s quite rough and I don’t recommend it for solo travels during at night time. We didn’t want the room service the days than we stay there and we still getting the room service. Our room had just one window which just open to a dead space without any air circulation.

The area around the gare du midi is disgusting and it does not feel safe. The hotel staff were pleasant enough, but the guy on the front desk seemed to have no idea about the deposit I’d paid, or how much to charge. The room was clean, but shabby and the hotel was generally noisy and dark. I wouldn’t go back willingly.
