New Bul Bul Group Of Houseboats offers spacious accommodation, with two en-suite Deluxe Double rooms, two en-suite Standard Double rooms & One Deluxe Triple Room on the houseboats and a shared dining/lounge room along with the sitting room and veranda.

It offers the unique experience to live on a houseboats in the beautiful surroundings of the world famous dal lake. To sit on the veranda and watch the locals going on with their daily lives and watch the wide selection of bird life.
