Staff are clueless and donâ€™t know whatâ€™s going on. Took 4 people to work out whether my bed was or wasnâ€™t available. Nobodyâ€™s beds are ever ready by check in time and knowledge of services is less than ideal. Simple things like hooks in the showers donâ€™t exist, or towels/hand dryers to dry after youâ€™ve washed your hands. Kitchen is well stocked. The whole place could do with a deep clean and a tidy. Shame, thereâ€™s a lot of potential here but overall disappointing.

OK hostel. Not the cleanest, but clean enough. Kitchen is nice and large. Rooms very basic and location is decent but not perfect. Pretty far from the highlights of the city. Staff was friendly. In my opinion is was too expensive for what we got, but every accommodation in London at this time of the year (summertime) is expensive.

Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent facilities incl. large kitchen to cook your own meals. Supermarkets, restaurants, subway and Kings Cross train station nearby. Relatively quiet area (i.e. no nightlife noise). No max. age limit hence I'd say rather diverse in people who stay here incl. families with kids.
