Very clean and quiet hostel, nice staff. Rooms could use a few extra items such as coat hangers and a mirror. Bed was not good. Bunkbed was very unsteady, you could feel every light movement the other person made.

Great location, close to station. Lovely staff. Room was a bit full and small. I could barely move in it or leave my staff anywere. Showers were ok

This hostel is a really amazing hostel! The personnel is so friendly and helps you with everything. They also organize a night out to learn how to dance Scottish, which was a lot of fun. So really recommend that it is on Wednesday evening. Next, to that, the rooms are clean and very nice. Breakfast is nice. Everything was just perfect! Loved it! If we ever come back to Edinburgh, we will most definitely stay in the Haystack hostel.
