Free pancakes (2 per person) are available daily served with lemon juice (sometimes fresh, sometimes bottled) and sugar. (Fresh lemons are not readily available all year around).

Zambian is currently experiencing power outages for 8 hours a day, which we expect to go on for several months. Fawlty Towers is powered by Caterpillar - We have a dedicated generator room with a generator to bring power to our guests 80% of the time.
