Hostel Pisa Tower is in an excellent location in central Pisa, just around the corner from the famous leaning tower. It’s set in a beautiful, comfortable house with its own large garden and patio. They offer some great extras for guests, including personal reading lights at each bed, a PlayStation 3, satellite TV and a BBQ area. The friendly staff also have great knowledge of the city. We like the resident dog, Biro.

I was surprised to find what I found after seeing the high rating on the website. It wasn’t clean, there were ants walking over my bed, there was no lock on my locker, and the kitchen is just a microwave, so you can’t actually cook anything.

Hostel Pisa Tower zegt
I'd say what definitely makes us special is our incredible location, not to mention our colourful rooms and our amazing terrace, which is a great chill-out area.
The nearest main attractions are the leaning tower and the cathedral at Piazza dei Miracoli. There's plenty to do for fun around here as well, with our terrace, PS3 and the lovely garden. Guests usually hang out on our amazing terrace or the comfortable breakfast area, or watch movies.
Most of our guests are aged 20 to 25, and I think our hostel is ideally suited for real backpackers, not really for people that just want to go partying.
