The people working there are super nice, they let me change rooms for free because I was in a mixed dorm with only men. The rooms are clean on surface level but I lost my necklace and had to check under the mattress and bed; it's not clean there at all. There is no kitchen and no external food allowed, which is weird and annoying. It's clear you're supposed to eat in their own bar and restaurant. It was an okay stay and the location is fine, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Afschuwelijk.
De kamer was niet schoon, haren overal, kapotte wc bril, te weinig toilet papier, vies beddengoed-
Veel te warm op de kamer en de prijs kwaliteit verhouding heel scheef.
We hebben €110 meer betaald omdat er in Kopenhagen een concert was. Belachelijk en dan zo'n smerige kamer. Het hele hotel deed smoetsig aan.
Personeel wel vriendelijk maar alles ging erg traag.

Main comment is too much noise from bar on 1st floor, lots of non-hostel visitors spending time there. What is more important income from guestrooms or from bar? The noise level should come down to allow more rest for early bed people.
