After 8pm you must check in online to get your digital key card.

You will need a smart phone to install the key for your room.

CANCELLATION POLICY: - Free cancellation 48h before arrival. Otherwise you will be charged for the total of the 1st night of accommodation. - For NON REFUNDABLE bookings the reservation will be 100% charged when booked and we will accept no changes or cancellations. If the payment method is not valid the reservation will be cancelled. - NO SHOWS will result in the full charge of the reservation

During Semana Santa and Feria de Abril our cancellation policy is the following:
Reservations for Holy Week and April Fair, 01st April to 9th April (inclusive) and 22nd to 29th April (inclusive), can be cancelled without fee 14 days before arrival. If the reservation is cancelled after 14 days before arrival we will charge the total amount of the reservation as a cancellation fee.
