If you like a vivid surrounding in the hart of a city center in an original old house with only basic accommodation then this is really something for you! I had the front room at the street side which was very basic but clean floor and clean sheets and an fan. I do not need more to wish for. If you do not like street noise (mainly passing cars and talking people) then this is not your thing, but for me the noise is part of a vivid city culture and contributes to the city feeling.

Great location. Old building and facilities. Rooms with A/C don't have windows. I enjoyed the balcony as a place to sit.
