Worst hostel experience so far for me. Booked a stay of two nights. On the first day we arrived at 22:30 (within the 14:00 to 23:00 check-in window). We got told the Hostel was overbooked. And they had no beds for us. We made reservations weeks before and even made a down payment. The staff did not help at all. We were forced to book a hotel and they did not compensate for that night. Day two we came back. We figured “its only one night. What’s the worst that can happen?â€

Dorms were open all the time for everyone to enter, no availability of lockers in reception, so problems with security of stuff. Reception is on last floor so very difficult to go up with all luggage.
Price was very ok, guy at the reception was kind, and they have free waffles on Monday morning!

Staff weren't very welcoming or helpful. Even though there is a security code for the building itself there are no keys/swipe cards for the rooms themselves meaning anyone could walk in. The lockers are so tiny you can't fit too many valuables/luggage in there. There are sensor lights outside of the shower which means the lights will turn off when you're showering and you can't trigger them on again because you're in the shower. Location was great, it was all pretty clean.
