We have 4 rooms, 6 rooms and 8 rooms. but we don't have mixed rooms.

2. Check-out time: before 11:00am
3. Cancellation policy: Cancellation policy: 7 days advance notice for free cancellation.
(1) 2-6 days before arrival: 50% of total amount charged
(2) 1 day or same day before arrival: 100$ of total amount charged
(3) No Show: 100% of total amount charged
4. Payment: cash or bank transfer upon checking in.

- Free light breakfast (toast, coffee) is available between 06:00am and 11: 00am.
7. No curfew.
8. No smoking in rooms, but designated area is provided.
9. No eating and drinking in the rooms.
10. Child policy: no Age Restriction but children need to book with parents/guardian into Private Room.
11. Pets are not allowed.
12. Our reception operates from 07:30am to 23:00pm.
