Great vibes and co-living. Shared kitchen, wifi, hot water, comfortable beds, beautiful conversations, and endless possibilities full of growth, development, and soul in a sanctuary-like setting where lifelong friendships and connections are made from all walks of life, for the soul.

This is a large property. We do have a co-living set-up, with an area of a private studio including a kitchen and bathroom plus a private entrance.

Homes for the Soul - Hollywood Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 17:00 to 00:00 .
Check out from 00:00 to 11:00 .

Payment before arrival by credit cards, debit cards.
Taxes not included - 10%
Breakfast not included.

*No kids allowed under 18yrs of age

No curfew.

Good to know:

*Street and on-site parking is very limited and valuable. You may park on site for $12 per night. Please message us with a picture of your automobile beforehand to reserve on-site parking. Please do not park on-site before messaging us and sending payment. If you park on the right side, please hug the right side as much as possible and pull all the way up, leave just enough space to allow people to walk through the pathway to the back. If you are the second car parking, please park on the left side and pull up as far as possible to allow another automobile to fit in between. If you are the 3rd, 4th, or 5th one to park on site, please leave your keys at the front desk to allow a valet to move your automobile if needed, or leave your phone number on the windshield.

*We have electric bike parking and charging for $3 per night. Please message us with a picture of your electric bike beforehand to reserve on-site parking and charging. Please do not park and charge on-site before messaging us and sending payment.

*There are fantastic food options within walking distance on the corner of Western and Melrose. Organico has the fried chicken wrap and is open from 08:00 to 00:00. Ggiata is an artisanal Italian sandwich deli. Kuya Lord is a local attraction for Filipino food enthusiast and critics. Le Coupe has a sweeter flavored fried chicken sandwich that will hit the spot for anyone with the munchies. If you are too exhausted to go out, you could always order from the vast array of food delivery options that are available. Convenience vending machines will eventually be available on site.
