Jullie website heeft mij niet goed geïnformeerd over de aankomende tijd en hoe laat mag ik inchecken want het staat in de voucher dat ik vanaf 0000 uur op 26 Januari kan inchecken en dat was niet waar.
De personeel van de hotel zijn niet professioneel en ik ben e het teleurgesteld door de personeel gedrag en ik moest voor 26 januari nacht twee keer betalen.
Jullie website heeft mij niet geïnformeerd over de City belasting van 16€ per dag .
Het ontbijt is helemaal Niks en de koffie en thee is kou

it was really horrible experience with his hotel , I have never faced this kind experience, blanket were dirty with hairs on it , hotel overcharged for everything, they were like looking reason to take out money from the pocket for everything I would have given 1 star or less
