It is a 4 storey building right above KFC with female space on 1st floor, male space on 2nd floor and lounge and dining area on the 3rd floor. The 4th floor has terrace and washing area.

The vast all encompassing dormitories with tiled floors and wooden pods offer beautiful views. Entire spaces are air-conditioned, well-lit having shared black and white checkered floors with mirrors, washbasins and drying rack for clothes. A study room is also carved in one of the dormitories with classical wooden tables and chairs so that you can study/work in peace. The dorms are gender specific whereas anyone including visitors are welcome in common areas such as reception, lounge, terrace, balconies, elevators and stairs. Lounge is the place where you can enjoy your heart out by indulging in activities like pool table, carom, chess, netflixing all along with exercising on our fitness equipments. Dining also takes place in the lounge. Water dispensers are available 24*7. Entire property is wi-fi enabled whereas CCTV is enabled except dormitories.

Lounge gives a platform for various events mainly movie nights, game nights, karaoke, DJ party, playing tournaments, stand-up comedy shows, live singing/dancing happening on a regular basis. We also help our guests with cab facility, travel information and arrange tickets for the same.
