Called them in the afternoon before I made a booking. Guy on the phone said there is 24/7 reception. So I made the booking but found out at midnight that the hostel is actually closed so I was on the street. Very nasty, very stupid. Do not go here if you love your life.

I dislike having to give a bad review. If you are backpacking, I would avoid using this hostel and find somewhere alternative. 0 to no atmosphere, staff weren't present or helpful, no facilities and the en-suite had no toilet roll for 4 people (simple I know) and the standard it was cleaned to wasn't wicked at all. I can usually overlook things like this in isolation. Hardly used to the ritz, neither do I want it. But as a bedroom goes it is a bedroom, above a bar which blast music till 1am. Nah
