This review is after just canceling our reservation. We couldn't get anything done at the reception and were treated like s***. which meant having to stay elsewhere the first night and the other days too. this hotel is not recommended even advise against it because nobody deserves this arrogant staff who are not worth running a hotel. in one word terrible.

please never go here. they are scammers. when we arrived at the hotel we were told that we were not allowed in after because it would be overbooked. a little later we were suddenly told that we could go to another chain of theirs across the street. only we were told that we had to pay a gross amount extra for this. meanwhile people check out and we are still told that there are no hotel rooms available. so please think carefully if you are going to book this hotel!

Be prepared to pay:
4€ extra per night per person (city tax)
& To pay the full total price the bill shows you (even though you put deposit down via this site - the claim “it must be Hostelworld fee” - when in actuality all Notes and written content says otherwise including that tax are included.
Also note you’ll pay a conversion fee from euro that will be more than maker rate.
Friendly maid staff service.
Nice access to spa pool, sauna steam at their sister hotel across the street for discount price.
