Staff were polite and helpful - English speaking was great. Good location, less than 5 minutes walk to train station. Sufficient space for large suitcase under the beds, toilets and showers were nice and clean. Would book again.

Spotlessly clean. Staff were extremely lovely and helpful. Bar/ relaxation area is great with good value beer and food. We are older travellers (over 50s) but didnâ€™t feel out of place as there are so many different travellers staying here. Ideally located for station, so could go off Monday trips to see the Snow Monkeys and Matsumoto with its castles. Superb value for money. Definitely recommend.

The staff were great, the location is just a few minutes away from the rail station, the area is centrally located, lots of things to do, the area is beautiful. The facilities were good, enjoyed the bar. The main sleeping area seems almost too industrial. The break room is a bit small for the amount of people there, as well as the laundry room. Otherwise a great location and stay.
