we didnt get the room we booked, we booked private room with double bed and we got room with 4 bunk beds. Dissapointed. They also told this only after charging the money.

When I came, lady ar reception said 'don't see your reservation'. For what 'website' send me reservation number if reception not see it?
Problem was resolved after 20 min. but next time I don't use 'website'.

They couldn't find my booking cause they had problems with the website. Had to wait 40min before someone told me the problem and that they didn't have any beds. Had to be redirected to this sketchy other hostel which was more expensive and further out of town. Luxhostel didn't offer to return my already payed money or pay the xtra expenses at the other place. And ended up saying that is was my own fault for not calling and check my booking even though I had a confirmation email 😡
