The cafe wasn't open. The staf couldn't speak English. Our beds weren't clean at arrival. You could pull the locker open by hand. The WiFi wasn't great either. Overall we did not enjoy our stay. Though the location was fine.

Super schoon hostel! Goede beveiliging met pasjes voor de deur en kluis. Goede bedden, heerlijk geslapen!
Het personeel kan gebrekkig Engels, onder het hostel zit een café, leuk om een keer te eten maar niet bijzonder.
Een top hostel als je wat rust wilt, als je vooral nieuwe mensen wil leren kennen kan je deze beter overslaan

So! Boutique Hostel has everything you would like to see for a hostel: the beds are comfortable, the showers and toilets clean, the location is convenient and it has a nice lobby where you can meet other people that stay there. However, what in my opinion is the best of all is the staff. They will help you wherever they can, treat you as friends/family and truly make you feel at home. They’ll go the extra mile to show you Malang and to get the most out of your stay. Would love o come back.
