Incredibly great staff! First and foremost, they were very kind and welcoming people that seemed to enjoy hosting travellers. It's run by university students so they have a lot on their plate already, but they do a good job making sure the guest feel welcomed. It's located in Tsuru which is about 40 min from Mt Fuji by train, so just know the mountain isn't in view unless you climb to a lookout. Would recommend though as it was a great atmosphere and great value
