4u Hostel

Hi, I have to say I was disappointed with my stay at 4u. At 42euros a night I would expect to at least have access to a communal kitchen to make a coffee in the morning or put my other food away. Normally hostels have this to make sandwiches or etc? Hostels are supposed to be a cheap accessible option for young travellers..no? staff friendly when I checked in but there was no one there to speak to when I checked out. There was no duvet on my bed. I would like a refund

La combinación restaurante hotel no da resultado: música hasta las altas horas de la noche, personas hablando altísimo, la recepción nunca está ( la Sra. de limpieza tiene más trabajo, abuso laboral).Muchas camas en tan poco espacio, subir a la litera un suplicio ( no hay dónde agarrarse:/(). Las lámparas de las camas con demasiada luz, molestan muchísimo inclusive cuando están cerradas las cortinas ,la ducha siempre mojada, construyeron el piso a desnivel,

Its a very beautyful hostel. The room was very nice. The location was also great. Personally I was missing a kitchen that the guests could use (because im very on a budget travel, but you can find a lot of cheap small places you can buy food). Also there was a great rooftop terace. I would recomend this place.
