On the ground floor of our building, you'll find our cozy lobby with comfortable seating, where you can relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Our large property is also available for your use during your stay, and you can even request to use our barbecue area for a small group gathering. We have plenty of seating available, and you can enjoy relaxing on our Hollywood-style swings in the fresh air.

Cancellation policy: till 2 pm on the day of arrival.

The 2nd cancellation policy should not be cancellable free of charge.

Payments should be made either fully online with Stripe or on site by card or cash.

Cards will be charged if the rate cannot be cancelled free of charge.

Check in from 15:00 to 24:00 .
Check out before 11:00 .

Taxes not included - City Tax 5 % per total cost.

Breakfast not included: Breakfast costs €9 per person per night from the age of 13.
