Decent location, a short walk to the beach and Legian Street. The property is beautiful - the pool is lovely and the area is nice and quiet considering how close it is to everything in Kuta.

Itâ€™s a reasonable priced hotel, tucked off of a busy street. It was quiet where the rooms were, which was really nice. However, there were ants in the room and there is no free breakfast anymore as stated in the description. There werenâ€™t many other guests, so thatâ€™s a good or bad thing depending who you are. Overall my stay was good, but not outstanding.

My wife and I had a great stay. Clean rooms, walking distance to several amenities including beachwalk mall, and Kuta beach. Pool was fantastic, and super refreshing. Only complaint is that my swim suit had a slight yellow tinge after the pool...maybe the chemicals? Nothing really to be worried about. Is close to Legian street, and the bars there, but no noise made it to our place. Highly recommend.
