Wild Rover Mancora Beach is a low-cost party hostel located next to the biggest beach in Mancora. We are a no-frills, all-thrills experience. The description you read on the website seems pretty accurate. It has the accommodations it describes and they are fairly clean. I did however have an issue with safety. I know there are signs around the hostel, that say that you should put your belongings in a locker. In my case my backpack would not fit. I left my luggage unattended for a maximum of 1 hour. After coming back I noticed that my speaker was gone. I looked everywhere, asked my roommates and staff. They were all very friendly but said they couldn’t help. There was a camera above the dorm so I asked if they could check that. I got a response from the manager that sounded like she read it off a script. Essentially she just let me know that there was nothing that she could do.
I know this is partly my fault but I just expected a little more help from the staff.

Nice hostel! Lovely pool and very close to the beach. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and nice. Sadly there was no shared kitchen, the food of the bar was not the best, but fine. Staff was very kind!

Bed was full with dust an ants when we arrived, water stopped halfway trough the shower which made the whole upper showers stop. From the three downstairs, two only had boiling hot water. There were not a lot of people but I would not want to be here if there were. Pool was nice though.
