Olá! Eu não tive nenhuma experiência nesse hostel, eles me mandaram msg via WhatsApp no dia 10/12/2019 avisando que minha reserva seria cancelada, pois eles tiveram um imprevisto e só voltariam a funcionar após dia 15/01/2020! Mas até agora meu valor não foi estornado (valor + IOF) do cartão! E estou aguardando uma posição !

My experience was better than I expected. There is indeed a good vibe in the place and the design and activities they offer (dj, live music and bar) will literally pay off your booking! Well-located, clean and safe. Nevertheless, the staff at the reception does not seem to be so willing to pass on the info. On the opposite, the girl in the bar and the super friendly guy (with a red band) collecting empty glasses are the exception. Simply great customer service.
