My recent stay at Hostel Stranger Tides in Kotor was fantastic. The rooms were not only cute but also spotlessly clean. The bathrooms were well-maintained, and the service was exceptional. Beware that you require to take the Blue Line Bus, or a nice long walk along the bay to get there, but it is worth it. The view is incredible, and a perfect place to have a swim in the bay. The hostel has a very friendly atmosphere and everything you could need is there.
