The camping is a bit far from the city but you can take the shuttle so that’s not a problem! The staff was very nice, the restaurant and the market are good and not too expensive as well. We did have a lot of little flies and other little insect in our tent.

a great and clean camping just an hour walk from the city center of Firenze. Or you can take the shuttlebus at the camping which will take you to the center in 10 minutes. The safari lodge is more beautiful then we expected and includes AC. The swimming pool is nice to cool down after walking the city. There’s a good restaurant and store at the camping. We would come back!

This was my second time staying here and if I go back to Florence again I would continue to stay at this location. It is a great place to stay if you don’t want to be IN Florence. It was a short train ride away (10-20 minutes depending on the train) followed by an 10 minute walk to the location. They have a restaurant and grocery store so you can stop by either of those for anything last minute. They also had a laundry facility which was helpful.
