The place was great. Our room was small, but it had everything we needed to rest our heads and ensure our bags and items of value were safe.
Super close to all transportation into the city center; lots of shops around to eat, buy snacks, and enjoy your time away.

The location is fairly good, very close to the Oval tube station and a nice walk from Elephant and Castle, and the Vauxhall Cross area. The immediate neighborhood is not much, but quiet.
For check-in, staff was friendly, but when I reported a few problems with the room, they were recorded, but not dealt with for the duration of my stay.
The room was clean, but a number of small issues added up. The kettle leaked, the toilet ran, and the curtains didn't cover the whole window.
