Stayokay Utrecht Centrum is the ideal location for a city trip or a couple of days away with the family, but is also excellent as a group accommodation. The hostel is located in the heart of the centre at the edge of Utrecht’s nicest square: the Neude.
There are plenty of sightseeing options, restaurants, terraces, cafes and shops within walking distance, and the shops are open 7 days a week. The hostel is not even 45 minutes away from Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport, and is a 10-minute walk away from Utrecht Central Station.
The rooms are quite basic. You can expect bunk beds and ensuite shower, toilet and washbasin. There will be sockets and reading lights. You will be given bed linen upon arrival to make your own bed. Towels are not included. These can be rented at the hostel.

Het is een prima schoon hostel maar het is niet erg sociaal, er verblijven voornamelijk Nederlandse studenten. Bedden zijn goed, douche en toilet zijn schoon. Er is wel weinig daglicht in de kamers. Vooral geschikt voor 1 nachtje Utrecht. Locatie is perfect!

In general the place looks really good. Very friendly and helpful staff and definitely clean!!However, it’s a bit big to really connect with other travellers and as far as I know no real common area or anything, so not that much of a hostel atmosphere.
Besides that, our dorm had a sink IN the room. There were 2 showers and a toilet all seperate, which was good, but when arriving back a little later, it was very awkward to even wash your face or brush your teeth or anything, especially since there was a sin
