We were there for 4 nights and there was a curtain missing so we reported it to the downstair staff and we just got a response “ we can’t do nothing for you”… it was like sleeping on the sun… I’m also deadly scared of elevators and we were on the 9the floor so we asked every day if it was possible to switch to like 5the or 6the floor (or below), we even would be okay if it were mixed rooms, if it was possible but everytime there was a response “no can’t do anything”! The hallway we walked up 9floors smelled like rotten soup and mold… our room was never cleaned in 4 days, i’ts a very busy time of the year and we understand that but i didn’t feel so welcome… and the staff was not so helpful sometimes even rude…. Not everyone! Also the luggage room is just a room where the door is sometimes just open so you can just walk in and steal stuff. Security was extremely rude, they threw an ashtray right where I was sitting it just could’ve been handed friendly, after 10 we were literally told to shut the f*** up.. didn’t feel like I could relay on them if anything would happen… for the rest the rooms were fine, the chargers didn’t work.. i wouldn’t recommend this to be honest… maybe at a less busy time of the year..

Pretty cheap hostel, we got a 2 person room for 48€ which was as much as a hostel in a dorm in the city center (although note that we were way too late with booking and Al the cheaper hostels were full). Room and bathroom were really clean. Location was a bit outside of the city center but with good connections into the city center. Kitchen was really clean only lacked some utensils. Elevators were a disaster, 3 elevators voor a hostel with 20 floors is not enough, we sometimes waited 5+ minutes

Het hostel was over het algemeen prima, maar bij aankomst vond ik een tissue met bloedvlekken in het bed. Er was dus niet goed schoongemaakt. Het ligt ook niet in het centrum, maar gelukkig is het centrum wel redelijk goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer.
