Very welcoming experience, easily accessible from the train station and public transport. Very comfortable room. Decor was unusual but fun! Ideal base from which to explore venice!

Great location and amazing private rooms and bathrooms. Only issue was the shower water became ice cold after a minute or two of showering. Additionally, reception is only available until 6pm after which they leave your keys in an envelope on the desk. But to enter the property you must be buzzed in and there is no one to buzz you in. You have to be able to call the number on the door - I was lucky and had a data plan on my phone and added money to a google voice call plan to be able to do this.
