The fabulous Peking International Youth Hostel is your home-from-home in Beijing. We’re located only two minutes’ walk from the subway station.
Here, you are in the middle of Beijing’s most colourful Hutong district, just a few blocks north of the Forbidden City, just east of Houhai and Qianhai Lakes. We’re set in a quaint, charming lane Nan Luo Gu Xiang in downtown Beijing.
We offer you a huge choice of rooms, budget dorms, affordable double rooms and luxury rooms. The dorms are large and spacious. Great care has been taken in furnishing our spacious rooms to the highest standard, with top quality bunks and excellent bathrooms with showers.
You can dine in our lobby or enjoy a cocktail in our bar. Why not come for afternoon tea in our Terrace Lounge, overlooking the Botanic Gardens?

Dit is een erg leuk hostel met behulpzaam personeel. Geweldige uitleg over hoe de Subway te gebruiken, wat ik eerst niet durfde. Hele route voor me uitgeschreven! Restaurantje ernaast met lekkere koffie en eten. Vrolijk personeel en overal bloemen! Het hostel is wat moeilijk te vinden om de hoek in een zijstraatje van de autovrije winkelroute en valt niet op. Taxichauffeur komt je te voet ophalen....

Great location.
Rooms are clean but bathroom has mold.
No atmosphere at all.
This hostel has mostly private rooms and the clientele is slightly older.
The hostel is really calm, but the walls are really thin, so it is still loud.
The staff is nice and has good intentions but they are really uninformed.
I would only recommend sleeping here if you don’t have a lot of time in Beijing and need to see everythint quickly.

Slecht personeel, niet behulpzaam. Kleine bedden, kamers heel simpel ingericht. Slecht wifi. Locatie is goed, maar bespaar je wat geld ga ergens anders zitten en neem de metro naar de hutongs. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding klop5 niet.

Peking International Youth Hostel zegt
We're located in a charming lane, just five minutes' walk from Houhai Lake and 20 minutes from the Forbidden City. I recommend people definitely visit the web-like maze of Hutongs.
For fun our guests like to have some nice drinks and play the free guitar we have around here. We also serve Illy Coffee in our beautiful café. We cater to all ages and have baby chairs as well as wheelchair accessibility on the first floor.
