Cancellation policy: 2 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

-If you are a group of 5 people or more than 5 people a special cancellation policy applies. You might be charged for the 50 % of the total price 30 days prior to arrival.
-If you would like to book for more than 5 people please contact us via email,otherwise we can not promise the accomodation will be at the same building.

-If you are a group of more than 10 people we are happy to offer our speacial services (breakfast+lunch+dinner; airport transfer; activites, private pub crawl).
