Horrible experience, would not recommend to anyone. We got attacked in the area, prior to checking in, and decided to reduce our stay from 3 nights to 1, hostel was not empathetic and refused our cancellation due to paying prior to check in. Room smelt of urine, bathroom was dirty, and staff played heavy metal music until the early morning keeping all in our room awake. A couple of the members of reception staff did try to help us to cancel the booking however these were denied and a new cancellation policy created.

The staff did not even present the hostel when we checked in. We were expecting a nice atmosphere but we basically received a place to rest. Location is ok, but our private toilet could also have some improvements.

Just went for a cheeky weekend in Sao Paulo. Sleepy staff, bathrooms didn't have functioning sinks or have towels or soap, only like four people staying there but couldn't share a room with my friend, just very mid. Had a beat card reader that didn't accept my card. Its a nice space but nothing special. Its a roof over your head if that's what you need.
