Hostal la Joya is situated between the New Town and Old Town, at 10 meters citadel (historical monument of the medina, 50 meters from suika (ancient streets co bazaars, shops artezania 150 meters from the famous waterfall coming out of mountain.
The hostel is located in a pedestrian street and it is very close to the main square 30 meters (outa hammam) where bazaars, restaurants, coffee shops, tea shops) eye, send our customers to the best sites, retaurants, cafeterias.

Great hostel with a good bed and good location. Not a very social place and you have ice cold showers, what is not nice after hikes.

The hostel has a great location and a nice roof terrace. They have very clean rooms and bathroom. Warm water showers, nicely priced. However, communication with the staff in French or English was not really succesful. We left the last morning at 7 am, so asked where to buy breakfast. They offered us breakfast at 6 Pm (as it was inluced), but the Next day, there was No one awake... Would still really recommend people to go there! :)

This is not a typical hostel. They have some multiple bed rooms, but it was not possible to rent only 1 bed, you had to rent a room, so I ended up paying and sleeping in a twin room. The second night, when I wanted to get one more since chefchaouen itself is so amazing, they said the room was full en tried to sell me a double room at double price (204mad), although there was a single room available (70mad). Shower is dirty and broken and the roofterrace as well. Don't go here!
