I had a short stay at the hotel but it was a nice older hotel that was close to the Gatwick airport. It was good value for money and I like having the shuttle to and from the airport. I would stay here again on another short stay in London.

I’m very sorry but out of our 3 month trip this was the absolute dirtiest accommodation we stayed in. It was utterly disappointing for the price. We thought it would be convenient to stay near the airport to catch our flight home the next day but we were very wrong. The room they gave us looked like it had not been cleaned in months. There was a thick layer of dust on everything. Hair everywhere. Big hairballs in the corners of the room. Huge stains on carpet, walls, everywhere.

I was only there for a night before my flight out the next morning. Felt safe, staff at the front desk was lovely. Had everything I needed for a night.
